(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I hate Black Ops Multiplayer Map Pack maps, I enjoy the zombie maps. I want to remove Multiplayer maps or disable them but still be able to play the zombie maps, is there a way to do it?

That was one of the features I was wondering Call of Duty should add. The ability to select maps that you like. Most games let you search game modes in certain maps, but what I want is like a killstreak select page where it lists maps and you tick all the maps you would like to play in. So when you go to find game, you only get put in maps that you actually like not any map.

the way to fix this is say you only pick nuketown, the game then gives small percentages of other maps to accomodate, while the system lets it be more likely to draw nuketown, but its not every game. However if you pick like all maps but 2 then you will have almost no shot at getting those because the chance increase of all that you did pick

Thanks Smile

You go onto the account you used to download the PSN content from > Sign In > Account Management > System Activation > PS3 System > Game/Video > then press Deactivate

Deactivating allows you to leave a download slot free to use on another PS3. It disables the ability to use content that was downloaded using that account, i.e. games, maps, videos, etc. If you deactivate the content that was downloaded they remain on your PS3, you have to manually delete to remove it completely from the system. Bare in mind you can reactivate the account to use the downloaded content again if you haven't deleted the content already.

Ye I mentioned that about how limited finding games will be if you have less maps selected. Most people would only deselect 2 or 3 maps so their search for games wouldn't really be restricted, it'll be helpful. I'd be deselecting close to half the maps, so I would have a bit longer time searching. But it's all worth it for me, when I hate going into so many maps that are not fun for me.

no playlist has a even chance of coming up with any map you have. to avoid one player only playing nuketown the other maps are placed in there just nuketown has a higher chance of being selected

So if I deactivate my main account on the only PS3 it exists on... Will anything bad happen? And if I just click reactivate all my content will come back just like that? Hmmm.

Also I downloaded my content on a different user but on multiple PS3s. Do I need to deactivate them to deactivate the content?

Thanks for the help.

I think the only way is to play with someone who doesn't have the maps.

No deactivating will just disable the DLCs nothing else happens, except on some rare occasions some DLCs may need to be re-downloaded. And yes, reactivating will allow you to use the DLCs again, and as I mentioned in some occasions some DLCs may need to be re-downloaded.

No the PS3 that deactivates it will only be the PS3 that cannot use the contents. So if you deactivate on your first PS3 the second PS3 can still use them. So to deactivate all PS3s you have to deactivate each individual PS3 separately.

Ye unfortunately that's true, but nearly every one of my friends have the maps, we all love zombies too. And those friends who don't have the maps, rarely come online.

You're lucky to have a fast download speed. Mine take about 30mins for each Map Pack. I can't be asked to download and delete every time, nor deactivate and reactivate every time.
