Okay, if you are on the latest update you should be able to locate the Eboot.bin and patch.ff file in the HDD using File zilla or file manager.
So, basically the same way as for MW2 ect..
Now once you load the patch and eboot onto the PS3 I have no idea what to do, but I can tell you tomorrow when I finally test it.

follow chocos tut then use these instead of creating one :L
