No, if YOU knife someone with the infected title on, HE will get the infected title. But for Transfer title, YOU have to knife someone with the transfer title on his callsign.

When someone on NGU gets it somehow, they will make a shop and get so many customers

Yeh if one person buys it, he will undercut the original seller and from there on friends will share it and soon most of the players will have it like players on Xbox do. I don't even play on 360 but I have the title.
