because i have 500$ in paypal money and i want to spend it all on a hd pvr and stocks and did you not read the part about my vba and vcc were on my limited account which now i can use my money..

i did read it i just didnt understand it, whats that meant to mean(in the raed)? so you can now spead the money, so you don't need to sell the guide :S
also vvc only cost 10$ so you can make 100 of them everyday.

Yes. You have to be the legal age of your area to apply in CPA networks which then you will have to provide Government identification.
Just a warning to all future buyers, if you're not the legal age of your area, you will not get accepted in a CPA affliate network.
