hey guys i had a ps3 over a year ago, and i sold it, i want to get a new one. I will be getting it from Craigslist, i was wondering about the price, what should i ask for? How much should i spend?

Just get a regular slim ps3 bc the fat ones tend to over heat within 1 day of activness..

I have bought and sold like 5 ps3s in my craigslist career lol. But if I were you I would just ask for about 150-225 depending on what it comes with for about 325 I've gotten 2 ps3s with 1 controller each and mw3 each and resold one for 250 to buy my astros. The secret though is just to wait for a good deal and spend like 200 when the same deal comes up for 150 or a even better deal for 200. I hope i helped you and good luck finding a new Playstation 3 Smile

yeah i would be getting it from craigslist, i see fats for like 90 and sometimes lower, but there older so it would get YLOD, and i can probable get a slim for like 120, so im gonna do that, i just need a slim with a controller and the cables, if i could get it with mw3 or bo it would help but idc

ok slim is better then fat but fat are cheaper and the "overheat" thing of the fat´s it depends on how many hours you play and if the room is hot. i have mine since 2008, i use the ps3 for 4 hours everyday day and it stills rocking! never had a problem.
