Firstly have you got CFW or a jailbroken 3.41 ps3?
you will have to find a patch on here , i recommend mossy v8 derektrotter edit.
you need to use filezilla to swap the hacked file.
It depends what stage your on really?

need to jailbreak

1. You need to download the pkg for ftp server or file manager and install it onto the custom firmware.
i reccommend you use file manager.

2.Next you wanna download a hacked patch onto a memory stick

On file manager navigate to hdd, game, then the region for your game, USDIR and then find the patch_mp.ff.

3. On the other side of file manager navigate to youR USB and wherever you put the patch. Click circle and then start to copy it and replace it with the normal patch.

4. You now have a hacked patch on your ps3. Load up mw2 and try it out.

FTP is the same but its just done on the computer instead but file manager is definatly easier

Look on the site, the ps3 section has all the downloads, and for patches look in mw2
