   If you post material to the Website, post links on the Website, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available by means of the Website (any such material, “Content”), You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. That is the case regardless of whether the Content in question constitutes text, graphics, an audio file, or computer software.

   By creating an account at NextGenUpdate.com, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or edit your account at any time, for any reason, regardless of your account stature. You may not use multiple accounts or impersonate another user or person while on the website. Any harrassment on NextGenUpdate and our Services is strictly prohibited. If you feel as if you are being harrassed, please block the corresponding user through your UserCP and e-mail support immediately. If you wish to close your account please contact us.
5. 5. Copyright Infringement
   NextGenUpdate takes copyright infringement claims very seriously. If you feel your intellectual property right has been infringed upon, please contact us at [email protected] for immediate support and an overview of the instance.
6. 6. Elite Guidelines and Information
   NextGenUpdate Elite subscribers agree not to share their Elite License Key and any content found within the Elite Forums with anyone other than the payment holder. Failure to comply with these terms will result in removal of NextGenUpdate Elite status.
7. 7. Advertising Monetization
   Advertising Units featured on NextGenUpdate.com may be monetized without providing any revenue to the content provider, monetized revenue gained will be collected solely by NextGenUpdate, Inc.
8. 8. Third-Party Links and Referrals
   Any links or files provided by Users are not endorsed by NextGenUpdate and are opened at your own discrepency. NextGenUpdate is not responsible for the contents of any file or link provided.
9. 9. Gaming Services and Lobbies
   NextGenUpdate holds no responsibility for any material supplied on our Website that encourages, but is not limited to, ranking up, gaining experience, gaining money, or growing your in-game character. This may apply to, but is not limited to, Grand Theft Auto 5, Call of Duty Video Game series, Destiny, The Division, and more. The responsibility of this service lies with the user.
