Ahh right. No to be honest im not sure. you probibly can but if it is so you can get all the best players. Simply go the the main menu ( not on manager mode ) and go to my fifa 10 then club transfers.

Transfer all players you want over to the team like stockport or manchester united and barcelona.

make a new manager mode with the team you sent all the best players to... and wahhlaa you now have all your favourite and the worlds best players on one team.

i hacked it i regret it tho... and btw i would do it that way but i have a good manager save and i dont wanna make a new one so thats why i was asking

I don't think its possible atm to hack/ hex edit manager mode..
