You can't without opening the console because you have to have a way to physically dump the NAND and re-write it. JTAG only works on Xbox consoles below a certain dashboard, RGH is an actual chip you have to install to the console. for ISO mods, you have to flash the firmware on your DVD drive to read burned games, if you don't want to open the console your only option is GameSave modding.
