yes and no. u can share up to 5 systems that are activated once u login. Including your ps3 is 1, so u got 4 more left. Unless u get those ppl to deactivate your account on their ps3 manually, there is no way to do it. I got sony to do it once but it was complicated tricky way where i proved i owned 5 systems =P.
