Lol, I dont know if you have heard this before but a limited account after being unlimited a cheque is sent to the home address on the account, if the account is already verified means that it already has a CC/Debit card on it. Read in to it, you may want to get what ever you gave for this back.

What If You add another bank(which it lets you) and withdraw the money to you bank?

in order to make a paypal account unlimited you have to use the original info for the account.. original card/bank info.. without that.. you're screwed...

even though the option is there to add another bank account/ card.. it wont register.. until you use the original.

my account was limited and i couldn't add my second debit card and i couldn't add a different bank account.. i had to use the info from my old bank card.

You still need it unlimited?
