To save confusion I am assuming you are after a Premium Megaupload account, if you can't get one use a program called Jdownloader, It resumes the download automaticly just like a premium account does and it's a freeware program

i already use this Program but on 80% of all the sites it only Downloads with 30% from my internet Bandwith

Go to premium, there might be one still there and there is a tutorial on cracking them.
