No you won't if you change the local to US/UK or whatever you want it will work like charm,also you have to buy the BO map packs from US cause in poland they are PL .I can't let you on the acc cause it's my friends account sorry don't want to risk

no you need to make a account that you buy the maps from .Go to Xbox settings->console->language and locale
