The account is lvl 137 (1 prayer lvl off 13 and the bank is only worth about 2m with alot of quest items but it makes up in excellent stats.

has 7, 99s including Magic, Range, Strength, Hitpoints, Attack, Defence & Summoning.

Also note the 95 Prayer & 95 Herblore
