My friends told me about minecraft, but I didnt rlly want to buy it. Is this an account that lets me get the full game without buying it? are there such accounts like that, please enlighten me

Yes. When the game was first in development they started selling alpha account andd those get you updates and expansions forever, for free. After alpha they when to beta. Like all beta games you play until the game comes out. After if comes out i belive you get the game but have to pay for updates and expansions.

so all i have to do is download it. if so can you give me a link? like everytime i go to their website i see "buy now"

you go to minecraft.net and this is what it looks like when logged in: You must login or register to view this content. and you download the launcher, and sign in through the launcher and your done you just open the game with the laucher anytime

ok since its a beta, does that mean that account is pointless when the full game is released? And does the thing take a lot of ram cuz my comp sucks at playing games like runescape and maplestory

This account is alpha. And its pretty simple game to run i can run it without any lag in singleplayer, some lag in mulit but only when im hosting a server. my computer is 5 years old and isnt that good.
