I may sound like a noob, but what exactly is a "steam account"

all my vbux and 5 dollars :carling:

a steam account is basically a account on a shop for games u buy the games they get put into your account where u can download them from the program.

Why are you selling the account ?
Is the account stolen ?
Do you have the email for it
Do you have the dob for it ?
