The way this will work:

i need to go onto your account and load up the ps3 version of the game. i then select the disc benefits which links with the playstation store (On your account) to which i will then redeem it in your UK*** psn account. (thus giving you the game)

i'm a little disappointing it wasn't just a 12 digit code, but either way it will work
