For me personally I would go with blast suppressor and anything else is up to you.

I use toughness and blast suppressor period. Do not come up when using a lot of exo ability's and less recoil in close up gun fights. Enabling you to not need hardline

Toughness is one of the best perks in the game. It reduces flinch so it's going to help you win gun fights. The streaks in this game suck anyway.

Personally I use blast suppressor and scavenger or toughness scavenger just because bullets are more important and I aim chest up and flinch may help get a headshot Happy
