yes but i've found that if the account was first played on ps4 and then modded on the ps3 you'll get reverted back to the previous rank when you quit the game on the ps4 and come back. even following the tutorial that works.
so best bet is to mod the account before it gets played on the ps4 and then it will transfer over no problems because essentially if you mod the accounts say total score, when you've played on ps4, and then go on the ps4, you're essentially carrying over that modded score to ps4 which would be so easy to detect and they just revert you back to previous rank

ur wrong ive modded several accs that have played hours on ps4 on aw n all stats stuck for me besides 1 persons and he wanted high score so i think that caused reset

I'm not 'wrong' it's essentially what you edit that determines whether you will be reverted to previous rank,
the "SCORE" editing does get you reset, and most times unlock all
