There is something wrong with the servers then. I'm going to try a new MAC Address and if that doesn't solve my problem then I do not know what will.

i dont think its your Mac Address , Because it wont let you sign onto PSN then , & it will say your console banned on the games .... Bo2 ect ? but anyways goodluck bro let me know when you have a solution ... and are you on ps3ita 4.50 also ? or
