Pay attention
First call sledgehammer and tell them that you got banned because you were modding the game and taking abventage of other players tell them to unaban you and they will .....the. Call Sony and tell them that you have a CFW PS3 and you don't wanna get banned they will send you a antiban OFW FIRMWARE

You, as everyone here, have a jailbroken PS3 with a Custom Firmware. That's definitely a great reason for them to ban you... Also, you probably modded the account too.
So there's nothing you / we can do against an account ban. Just create a new account, and mod that account again facing a high reset chance, or start from lvl 1 playing legit with a minimal reset chance, almost 0.
