I just kept geting the error the services are unavailable but that means ban

Did you make a copy of the eboot and replace the default_mp.self ?

I'd suggest try using different anti-bans with dummys, whichever one works. You use that Anti-Ban, I do it all the time.
Usually ones without any "banned" comments on threads.
