I'm guessing that you are on a Custom Firmware. You shouldn't get banned by using DLCs, but make sure that you are on OFW mode regardless if you are modding or not.

If they detect you using a CFW, it'll be a ban straight away.

thanks for the reply man yes im on cfw and i use ninja and psnpatch to prevent that. Ill try the dlcs
