Yes, I had this problem. What I did to fix it was I used a new EBOOT.BIN. You can find the clean one or use a different one and it should solve the problem. I hope this helps.

Or what you can do is download PS3ITA Manager and press start > tools > fix fw version in psn/update games

but my downloaded games dont appear
