Tested in local and lan and it evens the playing feel nicely in exo survival while going solo.

ONLY USE OFFLINE AS THIS HAS NO ANTIBAN

I kept it fair added laser, red boxes, no recoil, antifreeze and upped the fov to 73.

backup original and copy to dev_hdd0/game/BLUS31466/USRDIR/
