Maybe geohot is lying but he knows he can jailbreak it anyway. Ever thought about that lol! I got the iPod 3G 32 gigs and and only the 3G's have that voice control and blutooth stuff not the 2G. But i've been waiting way to long for this jailbreak! My dumbass mom was on my computer updating my windows 7 stuff and out of nowhere she said "want me to update your iPod?" Of course I said no. But she said lets do it anyway and I didnt want to see it so I went to the bathroom and took a big nasty angry shit!

good story... so does this mean that we can jailbreak 3rd generation ipod touches and they won't tether?
