Its fine I jailbroke 5 iPhones so far with no trouble and also Jailbroke my iPhone when I had a contract with o2.

Ah ok, im on software 3.1, got any links at all im going to jailbreak it tonight! Stuck at work atm haha

Another issue i have is my Modem Firmware is 05.11.07 so redsn0w won't work
