(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have an 8 GB jailbroken iPod Touch and I want to sync it to my PC with iTunes, but I accidentally deleted my iTunes folder that contained all my songs and apps. It's not in my recycle bin either. Is there a way I can sync all my apps and music to my PC without getting everything erased? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

To Everyone that answered. I fixed this already. Mod please close.

why don't you just just make a music folder on your desktop and an itunes library folder that saves your music as long as you backed up your ipod just restore from backup get all your music then just jailbreak it again.
