Only problem is i bought the 2year apple protection care plan and i dont want to void that because it cost me about 60-70 dollars. i cant remember. Now i no if you try to switch it to T-moblie or somthing like that your atnt coverage will void. But my question to you guys are, I dont want to switch companys just get extra stuff like Cydia etc. If i jailbreak it will it void both my atnt warranty and my apple protection care, just one, or neither?

Yes it will void both if you jailbrake

You could always restore your phone and remove the jailbreak for warranty purposes.
