The premise of this website is that you can basically create your own themes by simply drag and drop it's really easy and actually with the easy to use interface quite fun. So if you have a jailbroken iPhone or iTouch and know how to SSH (I can make a thread for anyone that doesn't know how or you can just google it) this is something you should definitely look into.
