(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ever since I downloaded SSH onto my ipod touch it synced the apps. I just thought that it was just updated my iTunes and what not. When I disconnect it though all my jailbroken apps have gone. I'm sure they are still their somewhere though as I can see them through winscp and the memory stays the same. They are just not viewable through the search feature on the itouch or on any page. Anyway I can get them back?

Depends. What apps are you talking about, are you talking about apps from Cydia etc..
Or are you talking about normal apps that you can get from the app store but downloaded from Installous?

Either way I would try going into iTunes > File > Transfer Purchases from iPod/iPhone. See if that does anything.

Or, if you can see them in WinSCP via SSH, make sure they are in the right folder (Applications).

This happened to me previously and I restored and re-jailbroke it.
At the moment the best jailbreak is Spirit Jailbreak, (Jailbreaks all current versions)

However, only restore it as a last resort. It will fix it but it will make you lose all your apps.

I agree with Skyy it all depends

It's apps from "install0us" that should be paid in the app store. I fixed it to not get rid of them, it synced the apps when I connected it to itunes for some reason since I got SSH, so I stopped that. I'll do what you told me and check tomorrow. Plus rep though for the help

Good luck, the same thing happened to me.
Oh and you have to make sure on installous that sync to itunes is switched off.

+ They may have been deleted when they got synced over as iTunes deletes any apps that are not purchased on your account

Another thing to do is if you have downloaded SbSettings from cydia, open it (by sliding your finger across the status bar) > go to more > Hide Icons > and if there are any switches that are off turn them on !! then it should respring and show them all

Everything was turned on. Some of the Apps that I got that don't appear were in there, yet they still don't appear. I'll just redownload the apps I used now I turned off the sync. Thanks for the help though
