Things needed.
Jailbroken iPod/iPhone (Haven't tested on iPad)
To jailbreak use jailbreakme.com
iFile-Get from Cydia(Cost money on rock unless you get cracked version)

Here is where your apps are located /var/mobile/Applications

Now to modify most apps you go to Library then Preferences.

For modifying highscores you want to click on the PLIST file on the bottom(in pic bellow)

Then you just scroll around and see what you can find.

As you can see i changed my score on Doodle Jump.

no unfortunately, i've been told you use to be able to but they got patched and also its online only so you would have to find a way to give yourself alot off money at once without someone catching you out!!

The best I have found though is OMG pirates. You can edit your health, speed, level, and a lot of others.
