Yeah mate I have a second gen and jailbreaking it is brilliant, I am running on a jailbroken OS 4, and I can get any app free and also homebrew apps, defo worth it! If you need help on doing it ask me Iv been jailbreaking iPods for a while now, from Os 2.1!

kool, is there a way of jailbreaking ios4 on the i-pod 3g yet?

if not, when a way comes out could you tell me please?
