Well first of all, you're going to need an iPhone, iTouch or iPad. If you're jailbroken, you will be able to make up to $$16.93, if you're not, then only $2 I believe.

Search installous (if your installous doesn't work, update it in cydia) for the "My Health Records" app and download the latest version (2.4.1) and then sync. This will automatically earn you $7.24!!
