The problem is that it came with 4.0.2 and jailbreakme is blocked for it. /facepalm The thing is that this iPhone is an MB model, so I was wondering if it were possible to downgrade even though I don't I couldn't press the "make my life easier" button on cydia so I don't have SHSH. Any advice??

go to this site and DL FW:4.0. open itunes, hold shift(option on mac) and press update, find the folder u saved the FW. just open jailbreakme on your phone and your done

It's not that easy anymore, Apple doesn't sign those firmwares anymore so you can't just downgrade that easily.
