(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); If you jailbroke your iPod on 4.0 then you'll realize that some apps aren't compatible with it. How to fix it? Simple.

Open Cydia and search for "Backwards Compatibility" and then install that plugin. Then you can run apps designed for iOS 3.0/3.1.2/3.1.3 on iOS 4.0/4.1

NOTE: Not confirmed to work for all apps.

Not as far as I can tell. So far all I can tell it's done is enable me to play games I usually wouldn't because they're not 4.0 compatible. I searched on google and alot of people had this problem so I thought I'd try help

Cool. I would try this, but my iTouch completely broke due to Safe Mode repeatedly coming up. I formatted it, then it won't load past the boot screen. I did jailbreak it though, so I can't send it back to apple. Life's a bitch, huh?

is it still in safe mode?? just connect it to itunes and upgrade it to 4.1. Then downgrade it to 4.0 I had the same problem and this took me like 15 minutes. simple.

No, I completely broke it somehow. It won't properly turn on anymore. It only loads up the boot logo, then restarts every so often and won't bring up the Apple OS.
