Ok so i have a question, yesterday i bought a brand new iPhone 4, not even opened, from best buy for those of you who live in the U.S. So after i bought it, i wanted to use it with T-mobile, is there anyway i can do that? or jailbreak? i dont know whats the firmware, becuase i never opened it, and i honestly dont want to open it unless im sure there is a way to unlock it. If you can help please do...

If you just bought it like today more then likely it has FW 4.1 no JB or unlock at the moment but there is one coming very soon too JB ALL iDevice's as for an unlock... No unlock is available for baseband 5.14.02 which will be on your iPhone.

Unfortunately you can't. The new Jailbreak (NOT UNLOCK) coming out is called GreenPois0n, which should be out in a couple days. There is currently no way of unlocking the new iPhone 4. Remeber, there is a difference between Jailbreaking & Unlocking.

but if there is a jailbreak coming out, (someone told me this saturday), then there has to be an unlock, dont ya think?
