You need WinSCP

when you ssh into your ipod using WinSCP go here to locate your tap tap folder

/private/var/mobile/Applications/XXXXXXX*X-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX/Tap Tap.app

look for a file called "startup.aif" and copy it to your pc, put it somewhere safe so if something goes wrong you can restore it.

make a copy of what ever mp3 song you want to use, rename the copy as "startup"

now copy it to where the "startup.aif" file was. right click it and choose rename

remove mp3 and write aif. Now Tap Tap will play that song as your title screen music
