ok this is what i did you need to start with You must login or register to view this content. this is ireb it will help you stay in recover mode . i also used my shsh file from You must login or register to view this content. pick what you need for the type of machine your using .. now in you'll need to go to your C:/Users/Windows/drivers/host. To see the host file you'll need to make sure you have ALL FILES option on.in this file you'll need to add an address so that it sends the request to cydia to downgrade the device. 74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com put this above the spot where the addreses start. You'll need to remove this after your done.
