I have an 8GB 2nd gen MC model and limera1n and greenpois0n do not want to work, they never leave DFU and show me the limera1n symbol/greenpois0n thing. I then restart and try again but it will not work. Help?

same prob ahah u cant jailbreak the mc wit limera1n or anything for 4.1 which is the bad combo ahaha im stuck too, u need to downgrade somehow.

I have an MC iTouch 2g running iOS 4.1 and I can jailbreak with GreenPois0n perfectly. Possibly you're not entering DFU mode correctly?

Yeah me too both limera1n and greenpoisi0n should support mc models. Try redownloading the fw. Could be you have a bad fw

Just thought I would have an input, you could always downgrade to 4.0 and use jailbreakme.com, that's how I did it on my MC Model.
