Are you using Safari or the Youtube app? Because you cannot watch youtube videos on safari, you have to use the Youtube app.

If it doesnt load on the youtube app, maybe you need a WEP key for your wifi connection or something, because I can "connect" to my school's internet, and it shows that im connected on my ipod, but i really need the key for it to work.

this might be happen because you are trying to watched HD files, these are coded differently to SD. just an idea but i know this can happen because it happens to mine.

No im using the original youtube app and not all videos are hd that i wanna watch ! It was working fine yesterday but today its messed up, if i cant get it fixed ill take it to the Apple Shop!

my edive reconnect to wifi and restart ur ipod i have the same problem nad it works on mine

they made it so you can view youtube on your safari app now instead of the built in Youtube one well, it work's for me anyways. But, I've had it not load fully just disconnect from wi-fi then re-connect to it that worked for me.

Sometimes when i play the Video though it doesnt say youtube but it has a big 'Q' in the background. Does that mean its something to do with the quicktime?

Yeah quicktime is the program apple uses to play the vidz

Try going into your setting and check the video settings, some times devices shut some thing off....
