After Sony announced they would be holding an event on 9th December (possibly to reveal the Playstation phone) it seems Apple also feel the need to announce something on the very same day. If the rumours are true then this Thursday could be the day iOS 4.3 is revealed to the world bringing an improved app store with new subscription based apps.

A number of app based magazine, publications and newspapers have revealed that they will be bringing out new subscription based versions of their apps before Christmas. This is a major change from the current 4.2 iOS that only allows single app payments. An indication that iOS will land in the very near future – perhaps on 9th December. I personally don't want subscription bases apps because I don't want to be paying monthly/annually. Let me know what you think

I'm definately not updating from iOS 3.1.2 on my iPhone. Or from iOS 4.0 on my iPod Touch. It's just not worth it anymore, with jailbreaking, you can do anything.

Guys im pretty sure when it comes out you can instantly jailbreak it with limerain or greenpoison. Remember limerain and greenpoison use a low bootrom exploit which CAN'T be patched with updates, it can only be patched with new hardware.

Pretty much just stay on w/e firmware you are on because Cydia will have w/e feature is in the new update for you to download without having to upgrade Smile

Thats what i was going to post, Lol i would be thinking that the dev team will still be working on 4.2.1 because red sn0w the only one and if your ipod is tetherd its annoying.
