Well i upgrades my itouch and on itunes it now says its 2.2.1, and no more updates for some reason, then when i go from my itouch to jailbreakme.com it says ersion is to old.you need to upgrade using itunes before you can use this site", why does it say this,i wanna jailbreak but it wont let me do it because of this? any help will help thank you.

You must have an old version of iTunes. Update it. Jailbreakme.com only supports iDevices on iOS 4.0, so if it's iPod Touch 1G then don't bother, it doesn't support iOS 4.0
