(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I just got my iPod touch replaced yesterday, I got the same model back (3G, 64GB) but it has been rebooting randomly, Usually while browsing the AppStore, playing a game, or browsing safari. I have applecare for the device. Should I take it in and see if they will replace it, Or will they refuse? Should I just sell it? Thanks!

Try restoring it first. That may help reset it and get rid of any bugs. But, you still may be able to exchange it for a newer itouch since it's only like a day old.

I reset settings, and the issue persisted. Then I erased and reset. Same problem. Finally restored, same issue.

Then it must be either a firmware or hardware issue, i'd take it back.

I'll restore again, just to make sure it's hardware.
