There's a bunch...use a google for christ sakes, would have save you allot of time and there's several sites just stay away from the one that wants you to pay monthly subscriptions for cracked apps cracked by other people which you can download for free.

Get Grabulous or Mega4i

Mega4i you pay monthly and can't be cracked easy; it uses Kali protection.
Grabulous is a script by Kyek to download off Mega4i server, but your IP gets banned after 30 downloads from Grabulous/Mega4i.

Also you can use google to get your apps.
Example: you want Asphalt4

You would search for

Asphalt4 site:appulo.us
When it finds it, click the cached button on the search result and download from there.
Drag it into iTunes and sync.

Installous never really worked for me. I would download the torrent but then it wouldn't show on my iPod.
