I belive that greenp0ison didn't release there jailbreak or is still working on it and the only way to jailbreak 4.2.1 is with redsn0w atm wich isn't working with mc models, you have to wait a month or two for iOS 4.3 to get released, then comex will release his tool

You can jailbreak it, but it will be tethered. if you have your SHSH files saved from 4.1, you can downgrade to 4.1 and jailbreak that.
