So most times when I try to watch a video on Youtube in safari my iPod freezes then switches off, as if it's respringing.
My iPod is a 2nd Gen, it's jailbroken on 4.1 with greenpois0n.
Is it something with my iPod or it's something with the Youtube site?

It's you ipod for sure. Try rejailbreaking it.
