First, your iPhone/iTouch must be jailbroken with cydia.

Go to Cydia - Manage - Sources - Edit - Add and then add this source "You must login or register to view this content.". Once Cydia is finished downloading the source information, search for these files "MobileInstallation Patch", "Erica Utilities" and "UUID Generator". Install these three applications. Now your iPhone can install Cㄒαcкed apps. Just to let your iPhone adjust to the new files, turn your iPhone off and then back on.

Once you iPhone is back on, start up Cydia once again. Follow the same as above and add this source "You must login or register to view this content.". Once cydia if finished search for the files "AppShare" + "Installous". Install these two Apps.

Does it sound like a lot? Or is it just the fact that a few sentences close together looks like a lot of work?

Hmm you didn't mention that if you do it wrong it can potentially mess with your iPhone, even though I know this doesn't happen much.

Anyway, if you buy a card from the shop it's easier and you can buy loads with just a $15 card.

Isn't it like a 5% chance of screwing up or something?
And even then, you go into DFU mode and just recover it.
