(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); heey, i have bought one of those iPod nanos for my uncle as a gift. And i wanted to sync some songs to it to make him happy. But when i try to connect it to my PC i get an error message

"One iPod was found, but it couldnt be identified. Unplug and plug in the iPod denvice, and try again"

What do i do? I have an iPod touch that works just fine, ive switched cables and unplugged all my usb cables and so on. This must be a software thing.

Any help would be appriciated, and some rep will follow =D

I hvae heard of this happening i don't think there is a fix for this. If i were you i would jus bring it back and get a new one
