Well, you can always do a factory reset.

You have to make an full restore, but why do you want to get rid of the jailbreak?

well actually thats not true, if you just want to get rid of the boot logo cydia and all the other apps downlaoded by jailbreak its possible, if you want whats done to the firmware then you have to do a restore

You can do what BMW said but that still won't make it perform like usual there will still be some lag. Best way is a full factory restore.
